Company History

Anesthesia Healthcare Partners (AHP) is a national provider of turnkey anesthesia practices and anesthesia management services for hospitals, surgery centers and office-based practices, of all sizes.

Our partner’s enjoy an “Anesthesia-Team” model where our dedicated anesthesiologist and Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist’s (CRNAs) provide coverage for your operating rooms, endoscopy suites, OB suites and other specialty procedure rooms.

We are very proud of being one of the most respected anesthesia practice management companies in the industry. 

1996 - AHP’s founders, Sean Lynch and Gregory Wachowiak, met at Anesthesia Solutions, Inc.

1998 - Global Staffing, Inc was founded, with annual revenues of $55,000.

2000 - Expanded with two new hospital based anesthesia practices, totaling $4.5 million in annual revenues.

2002 – Global Staffing, Inc’s name changed to Anesthesia Healthcare Partners, Inc. to better reflect the entire book of anesthesia related services offered including: billing, recruitment, practice management, consulting and practice start-up services.

2003 - Expanded the corporate infrastructure and began marketing AHP on a national basis.

2004 – Began to leverage our seasoned management and staffing infrastructure to support anesthesia in both multi-specialty and single-specialty surgery center settings.

2006 – Established a satellite office in Newport News, Virginia to better serve our expanding East Coast partnerships.

2007 – Established a satellite office in Pensacola, Florida to better serve our expanding Florida Panhandle partnerships.

2008 – Continued support of the Anesthesia Patient Safety Foundation, as a sustaining Grand Patron, second only to the American Society of Anesthesiologists.
