What You Can Expect
A simple implementation process:
Management team is dedicated to your facility- Corporate medical director.
- Vice president of operations.
- Medical director either located onsite or regional*.
- Site manager*.
- To ensure all equipment is in place to provide safe anesthesia.
- Implement changes to policy and procedural manual, and all additional paperwork to ensure compliance.
- Corporate staff readily available during facility's transition.
- Recruitment division on call to deal with any staffing issues.
* Dependent upon the sites volume.
A typical center setup includes:
- Malpractice coverage
All anesthesia team members will carry malpractice coverage, which will match the centers financial coverage. - Policy and Procedure Manual
A manual will be maintained at each site and will be incorporated into the facilities policy and procedures. - Equipment
AHP will supply its own monitors and equipment, unless the facility desires to use their present equipment. - Recruitment
Providers will be recruited from the local area, but we will also look to national sources for top providers. - Qualified and Credentialed Anesthesia Professionals
Providers will have a full background check before they are presented to the center. If an anesthesiologist is on staff, they will be Board Certified or within the Board system. - Access to AHP management
AHP is available 24-hrs a day for any questions or emergencies.
