What You Can Expect

A simple implementation process:

Management team is dedicated to your facility
  • Corporate medical director.
  • Vice president of operations.
  • Medical director either located onsite or regional*.
  • Site manager*.
Corporate medical director will visit your center
  • To ensure all equipment is in place to provide safe anesthesia.
AHP team will work closely with your staff to implement changes to patient flow, if needed, including.
  • Implement changes to policy and procedural manual, and all additional paperwork to ensure compliance.
  • Corporate staff readily available during facility's transition.
  • Recruitment division on call to deal with any staffing issues.

* Dependent upon the sites volume.

A typical center setup includes:

  • Malpractice coverage
    All anesthesia team members will carry malpractice coverage, which will match the centers financial coverage.
  • Policy and Procedure Manual
    A manual will be maintained at each site and will be incorporated into the facilities policy and procedures.
  • Equipment
    AHP will supply its own monitors and equipment, unless the facility desires to use their present equipment.
  • Recruitment
    Providers will be recruited from the local area, but we will also look to national sources for top providers.
  • Qualified and Credentialed Anesthesia Professionals
    Providers will have a full background check before they are presented to the center. If an anesthesiologist is on staff, they will be Board Certified or within the Board system.
  • Access to AHP management
    AHP is available 24-hrs a day for any questions or emergencies.
