Sean M. Lynch, Chief Executive Officer
As Chief Executive Officer, Sean ensures that operations are conducted in accordance with the company's established mission, goals and policies whilst driving the short- and long- term profitability and growth of the company. Mr. Lynch's career in anesthesia began at Massachusetts General Hospital (MGH), where he worked for 20 years, culminating in his position as the only non-physician vice chair of anesthesia. Prior to co-founding AHP, Sean served as CEO for Anesthesia Solutions Inc.(ASI) and Global Staffing Inc. (GSI) both institutions dedicated to the anesthesia specialty.
Mr. Lynch has also previously provided consulting services for anesthesia departments around the country for hospitals of every size; including Brigham and Woman's Hospital, Cornell, Temple, Duke, Kishwaukee Community Hospital and many other leading healthcare organizations.
Sean utilizes his 30 plus years of health care experience to guide AHP's management ensuring our corporate compliance, efficient operations, focus on exceptional service quality and cost-efficient management of company resources; which is at the foundation of both AHP and our partners' continued success.
Greg Wachowiak, President
As President, Greg with nearly 20 years of healthcare experience drives the vision and leadership that has positioned AHP at the forefront in the anesthesia management industry. Prior to Anesthesia Healthcare Partners, Mr. Wachowiak served as CFO for Anesthesia Solutions Inc. (ASI) a company focused solely on the anesthesiology specialty. Greg received his undergraduate degree from LaSalle University and his Master of Science degree in Health Sciences Administration from D'Youville College.
Mr. Wachowiak leads the overall strategic plan to advance AHP and promote profitable growth for both AHP and their partners; along with overseeing AHP's new market expansion and organic growth. Greg also identifies acquisition and merger opportunities and directs the implementation activities.
Andre Dobson, MD, Corporate Medical Director
Since 2005, Andre Dobson, MD has held the role of corporate medical director at AHP; while still finding time to actively practice anesthesiology and oversee the company's outsourced anesthesia services for all partnerships throughout the country.
Dr. Dobson received his undergraduate degree from University of Pennsylvania while continuing on to receive his medical degree from the University of Pittsburgh with completion of his internship at Western Pennsylvania Hospital. Dr. Dobson completed his anesthesia residence at Western Pennsylvania Hospital and is an active member of American Society of Anesthesiologists, Pennsylvania Society of Anesthesiologists, International Anesthesia Research Society, International Trauma Anesthesia & Critical Care Society and the American Academy of Pain Management.
Prior to joining AHP, Dr. Dobson has owned his own successful pain practice and served many east coast hospitals in varying roles ranging from staff anesthesiologist to Chief of Anesthesia to Clinical Instructor for institutions including Canonsburg General Hospital, Altoona Hospital for Medicine, Ellwood City Hospital, Weirton Osteopathic Hospital, Potters Medical Center, Greene County Memorial Hospital, Hahnemann University Hospital and Kings County Hospital in New York -- providing him with the invaluable experience to lead AHP and bring industry best practices to our local groups, with a focus on clinical quality care and drive patient satisfaction for every case.
Peggy Radcliffe, Chief Financial Officer
Peggy is responsible for directing all financial and fiscal aspects of company operations. Ms. Radcliffe, who has previously served as a management member with Alvarez & Marsal, oversees all financial functioning including accounting, budget, credit, insurance, tax and treasury. She additionally provides leadership and coordination in the administrative, business planning, accounting and budgeting efforts of AHP.
Brad Wachowiak, Senior Vice President, Operations
Brad plans and directs many aspects of AHP's business development policies, objectives, and initiatives. Mr. Wachowiak is based out of AHP's Florida office and manages administrative functions as well as oversees a region including AHP's northern and eastern clients, including hospitals and surgery centers. Brad maintains and develops client relations and is also responsible for the oversight of our practice management and billing services.
Barry Gallas, Vice President, Operations
Barry maintains and develops client relations and is also responsible for the oversight of our practice management, anesthesiologists and CRNA's located in his region.
