Sean M. Lynch
Co-founder and Chief Executive Officer
As co-founder and Chief Executive Officer, Sean ensures that operations are conducted in accordance with Anesthesia Healthcare Partners’ (AHP's) established goals and policies whilst driving the short- and long- term profitability and growth of the company.  Mr. Lynch utilizes his nearly thirty years of healthcare experience to guide AHP’s management ensuring corporate compliance, operations efficiency, exceptional service quality and cost-efficient management of corporate resources that is at the foundation of AHP’s continued success. 

Gregory Wachowiak
Co-founder and President
As co-founder and President, Greg with over a decade of healthcare experience, drives the vision and leadership that has positioned AHP at the forefront of our industry. Mr. Wachowiak leads a strategic plan to advance AHP and promote profitable revenue growth and new market expansion as an organization. Greg identifies acquisition and merger opportunities and directs the implementation activities as we continue to further develop our client base.

Brian Lynch
Chief Financial Officer
Brian is responsible for directing all financial and fiscal aspects of company operations. Mr. Lynch, who has worked in the healthcare industry for over 25 years, oversees all financial functioning including accounting, budget, credit insurance tax and treasury. He additionally provides leadership and coordination in the administrative, business planning, accounting and budgeting efforts of AHP.

Bradley Wachowiak
Senior Vice President, Operations
Brad plans and directs many aspects of AHP’s business development policies, objectives, and initiatives. Mr. Wachowiak is based out of AHP’s Virginia office and manages administrative functions as well as oversees a region including AHP’s northern and eastern clients, including hospitals and surgery centers. Brad maintains and develops client relations and is also responsible for the oversight of our practice management, anesthesiologists and CRNA’s located in this region.

Craig Fulton
Senior Vice President, Operations
Craig plans and directs many aspects of AHP’s business development policies, objectives, and initiatives. Mr. Fulton is based out of AHP’s corporate office and oversees a region including AHP’s southern and western clients, including hospitals and surgery centers. Craig maintains and develops client relations and is also responsible for the oversight of our practice management, anesthesiologists and CRNA’s located in this region.

Daniel Sturtevant
Executive Vice President, Operations
Dan provides the oversight for our corporate operations including the management of our Atlanta based staff and with maintaining our various regional client relations. Mr. Sturtevant also designs and implements our compliance programs, policies and practices to ensure that all departments are compliant with JCAHO, HIPPA and all accreditation standards, while also leading the compliance with federal, state and local regulatory requirements. 

Timothy Beisner
Vice President, Marketing
Tim is responsible for driving revenue growth with strategically targeted marketing programs.  Mr. Beisner identifies changes in the marketing environment or competitive strategies and evaluates, adjusts or redrafts AHP’s marketing plan and philosophy accordingly. Tim additionally manages the content and flow of all outbound communications including direct mail, Web-sites, trade shows and client/sales messaging.

John Settipani
Vice President, Finance
John is responsible for all budgeting and financial reporting and strategic planning and directs all of AHP’s financial policies.  Mr. Settipani gathers and interprets financial data in order to assist in corporate financial decisions. John is additionally responsible for cost proposal development and profit/business analysis and advises on new investment opportunities for the organization.
