Sean M. Lynch, MHA
Co-founder and Chief Executive Officer
As co-founder and Chief Executive Officer, Sean ensures that operations are conducted in accordance with Anesthesia Healthcare Partners’ (AHP's) established mission, goals and policies whilst driving the short- and long- term profitability and growth of the company. Mr. Lynch's career in anesthesia began at Massachusetts General Hospital (MGH), where he worked for 20 years, culminating in his position as the only non-physician Vice Chair of Anesthesia for the hospital.
Sean utilizes his 30 years of health care experience to guide AHP’s management ensuring corporate compliance, efficient operations, exceptional service quality and cost-efficient management of corporate resources that is at the foundation of AHP and their partners' continued success.
Gregory Wachowiak, MHA
Co-founder and President
As co-founder and President, Greg with nearly 20 years of healthcare experience, drives the vision and leadership that has positioned AHP at the forefront of the industry.
Prior to forming Anesthesia Healthcare Partners, Mr. Wachowiak served as Chief Financial Officer for Anesthesia Solutions Inc. Mr. Wachowiak leads the overall strategic plan to advance AHP and promote profitable revenue growth and new market expansion, as an organization. Greg also identifies acquisition and merger opportunities and directs the implementation activities; as AHP continues to further develop our client solutions.

Peggy Radcliffe
Chief Financial Officer
Peggy is responsible for directing all financial and fiscal aspects of company operations. Ms. Radcliffe, who has previously served as a management member with Alvarez & Marsal, oversees all financial functioning including accounting, budget, credit, insurance, tax and treasury. She additionally provides leadership and coordination in the administrative, business planning, accounting and budgeting efforts of AHP.
Bradley Wachowiak
Senior Vice President, Operations
Brad plans and directs many aspects of AHP’s business development policies, objectives, and initiatives. Mr. Wachowiak is based out of AHP’s Florida office and manages administrative functions as well as oversees a region including AHP’s northern and eastern clients, including hospitals and surgery centers. Brad maintains and develops client relations and is also responsible for the oversight of our practice management, anesthesiologists and CRNA’s located in this region.
Craig Fulton
Senior Vice President, Operations
Craig plans and directs many aspects of AHP’s business development policies, objectives, and initiatives. Mr. Fulton is based out of AHP’s corporate office in Atlanta and oversees a region including AHP’s southern and western clients, including hospitals and surgery centers. Craig maintains and develops client relations and is also responsible for the oversight of our practice management, anesthesiologists and CRNA’s located in this region.
Daniel Sturtevant
Executive Vice President, Operations
Dan leads our corporate operations including the management of our Atlanta based staff along with maintaining regional client relationships focused in our Virginia region. Prior to joining AHP, Mr. Sturtevant led the managed care contracting department at Saint Joseph's Hospital of Atlanta while previously holding various financial leadership roles for leading health care companies including UnitedHealthcare and the Cleveland Clinic.
Timothy Beisner
Vice President, Marketing
Tim is responsible for the company's brand, product marketing, advertising, public relations, business development, events and communication programs in support of AHP's national expansion, since 2005. Mr. Beisner has over 15 years of product management, marketing and finance experience from previous positions held at Anthem Blue Cross & Blue Shield, the Cleveland Clinic and CheckFree Corporation.
William Sultemeier
General Counsel
William oversees all of AHP's legal affairs and human resources. Prior to joining AHP, William was partner at Greenberg Traurig, LLP and previous counsel for Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom. Mr. Sultemeier also oversees our compliance programs, policies and practices to ensure that all departments are compliant with JCAHO, HIPPA and all accreditation standards, while also leading the compliance with federal, state and local regulatory requirements.
Daryl Malachowski, MBA
Vice President, Operations
Daryl brings more than 15 years of operations experience to this role. Before joining AHP in 2005, he served in sales and operational management roles in business intelligence, mergers & acquisitions, and information technology companies. Mr. Malachowski graduated from the University of Michigan – College of Engineering with a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial & Operations Engineering and holds an M.B.A. from the University of Georgia’s Terry College of Business.
Barry Gallas
Vice President, Operations
Barry maintains and develops client relations and is also responsible for the oversight of our practice management, anesthesiologists and CRNA’s located in his region.
Richard Posey
Director of Revenue Cycle
Richard maintains our billing team relations and is also responsible for the oversight of monthly reporting and revenue cycle management.
